Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid last minute cancellations and no-shows, we will ask for your credit card information to reserve your appointment which will be kept in a secure file in our system. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. In the event that you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your card will be charged for 50% of the total service cost. The 24 hours notice will allow us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client.
